Excitement Builds for the 50th North American International Livestock Exposition

In 1974, the North American International Livestock Exposition was bred from a dream of creating the best purebred livestock event in the country. It started with just over 1,700 beef cattle entries. 50 years later and celebrating a remarkable milestone, NAILE has grown into the world’s most prestigious and respected livestock exposition with tens of thousands of entries, hundreds of thousands of dollars in premiums, an action-packed rodeo, and more than 150,000 visitors from across the country.

From dairy and beef cattle to dairy and meat goats, as well as swine, sheep, llamas, alpacas, and draft horses, the Kentucky Exposition Center will be full of action for two weeks. Along with over 100 livestock shows and activities on the iconic green shavings, you can also find educational contests for youth livestock exhibitors, the North American Championship Rodeo, the North American Country Store, and the annual Saddle and Sirloin Club Portrait Gallery Induction.

At this legendary exposition, taking place November 2-16, 2023, we all have our chance to recognize the commitment and growth of the industry. This is our time to witness and celebrate those who do so much to impact our daily lives and enhance our economy.

Excitement is building around our team, partners, and the livestock community. We can't wait to hand over the coveted purple and gold banners to the best of the best in livestock.

Bring your best to Louisville, and we’ll see you on the green shavings this November!
