| First North American Livestock Exposition held at Kentucky Exposition Center: featured beef cattle only. |

| 1975 |
| Sheep division added. Total number of Expo entries: 1,443, with 12 breeds competing. |

| 1977 |
| Expo came to be known as NAILE, and expanded to include swine and dairy cattle. |

| 1978 |
| NAILE Quarter Horse Show introduced, going on to become a top show in the nation. |

| 1979 |
| North American Championship Rodeo joined NAILE and performed in Freedom Hall. |

| Draft horse division added to Expo. |
